Toshiba TEC Establishes A Subsidiary In Malaysia
MALAYSIA, June 3rd , 2015 – Toshiba Tec Corporation (Tokyo 6588) has announced that it has acquired the majority shares of its distributor, Tele Dynamics Sdn. Bhd., and has changed its name to TOSHIBA TEC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. on 13th May, 2015.
Tele Dynamics have been a long-time distributor for Toshiba, and considering their know-how and contribution to the business, they are the most suitable company to enhance Toshiba Tec’s B2B business in Malaysia and Thailand.
Toshiba Tec Malaysia will be better positioned to meet the growing customer demand locally, regionally and nationally by capitalizing on the strengths of Toshiba Tec Corporation and maintaining the superior level of services that customers expect.
Toshiba Tec Malaysia will continue to distribute a wide variety of hardware and a broad range of solutions, ranging from Multi-Function Peripherals systems, Barcode systems, Point of Sales systems and IT services, as Tele Dynamics have been delivering up to now.
