Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Service teams, and customers to deliver application and software solution implementations.
- Assess customer readiness for deployment, including application, server, and network requirements.
- Lead and coordinate implementation projects to ensure deployment, installation, migration, and go-live activities are delivered successfully.
- Perform solution installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with solution vendors/principals and customers for technical support, escalation, and issue resolution.
- Deliver solution demonstrations, training, knowledge transfer, and maintain related technical documentation and user materials.
- Provide consultation and support for MFP-related solution integration and functionalities, including print, scan, and workflow features.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Networking, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in software/application deployment, technical support, or solution implementation.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, database administration, networking, network security, application deployment, and system integration concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Willing to work at Shah Alam.
