Customer Service Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle call in and inquiries for service request.
  • Log in service calls into corporate system.
  • Dispatch service calls to service representative.
  • Ensure follow up further attention service calls.
  • Close call, data entry and CI work orders in corporate system for completed jobs.
  • Assist in trouble shooting on minor machine problems.
  • Liaise with field service area heads on service-related matters whenever necessary.
  • Responsible to check and clear all pending work orders (especially above 30 days) for territory assigned.
  • Generate invoice for non-contract customers.
  • Assist and coordinate outstation service calls.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak in Mandarin are encouraged to apply. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at Shah Alam.
