Toshiba Print Management System
Transform Your Print Environment
Monitor and manage your print activities efficiently with Toshiba’s Print Management System. Whether it is setting print limits, monitoring costs, managing user authentication, or providing detailed tracking reports, our solution offers you the complete control and insights needed for effective print management.
How Does It Work?
Simply send your print jobs – encrypted and securely stored on the server. Our print management system then automatically processes and applies your custom print rules, such as color restrictions, duplex settings, and printing quotas. With the secure release feature, print jobs remain on hold until the user authenticates at the printer using an ID card or PIN. All print activity is tracked and logged in a central database, providing easy access to detailed usage reports.
