Responsibilities:
As a E-Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful e-learning solutions that enhance learning experiences across our organization.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content (videos, quizzes, interactive modules), ensuring SCORM compliance.
- Create animations, interactive elements, and multimedia content using various tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or equivalent).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning experiences.
- Test, troubleshoot, and update e-learning modules to ensure seamless user experience.
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-learning design and development.
- Strong knowledge of SCORM standards and learning management systems (LMS).
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and animation software.
- Creative design sense with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work at Shah Alam, Selangor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing SCORM-compliant e-learning content.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
