  • Customer Service Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • 1. To provide support to the Sales and Technical Service teams.
    • 2. To handle customer enquiries.
    • 3. To process relevant reports.
    • 4. To manage general administrative duties.
     
     

    Requirements:

    • 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • 2. Must have a good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
    • 3. Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.

  • Assistant Service Engineer / Technical Service Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • 1. To report to Head of Department.
    • 2. To perform installation, maintenance and repair works for Copier Machine.
    • 3. Will be based either in the workshop / field.
     
     

    Requirements:

    • 1. Possess a Degree / Diploma in IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical or similar discipline.

  • Credit Control Executive

    Responsibilities

    • 1. Responsible in the proper maintenance of assigned accounts. 
    • 2. Responsible in monitoring of assigned accounts receivables and follow up for payments. 
    • 3. Responsible in providing sufficient, proper and accurate accounting documents in order to expedite payment. 
    • 4. Responsible in assisting the collection teams to monitor and follow up outstanding account consistently. 
    • 5. Responsible for taking recovery action for potentially problematic account. 
    • 6. Provide proper accounting documents for customers. 
    • 7. Coordinate for the initiation of legal action. 
    • 8. Any other assignment that may be given from time to time. 
     
     

    Requirements

    • 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business.
    • 2. More than 1 year of working experience in Credit Control.

  • Software Developer / Software Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • 1. Develop, enhance and maintain program in accordance with the design and its requirements.
    • 2. Document all work in accordance with standards.
    • 3. Contribute significantly to the development design of software and Internet applications.
    • 4. Conduct Research and Development efforts on emerging Internet Technologies. 
    • 5. Work closely with System Analysts and users to gather systems requirements. 
    • 6. Provide technical leadership in development of MFP's embedded application.
    • 7. Maintain coding standard and design documents.

    Responsibilities:

    • 1. TOSHIBA - Digital Multi Functional Systems (Copier)
    • 2. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will lead and supervise a team of sales personnel whilst developing plans and strategies to develop the team.
     
     

    Requirements:

    • 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • 2. At least 5 years of working experience in the OA industry or related field.
    • 3. Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Technical/IT or equivalent.
    • 4. Able to plan, implement and review sales strategies and programs to ensure achievement of sales target.
    • 5. Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malayu.

    Responsibilities:

    • 1. Act the role of Document Controller for ISO requirements. 
    • 2. Coordination and follow up on implementation of internal policies. 
    • 3. Perform internal audit to check for compliance with internal policies obligations.

  • Procurement Executive

     

    Responsibilities:

    • 1. Manage procurement requisitions from all departments on purchase of stocks and non-stocks.
    • 2. Process purchase orders up to approval.
    • 3. Sourcing and obtaining quotation from vendor or products required.
    • 4. Assist in new vendor appointment.
    • 5. Liasing with shippers and forwarders on the collection of goods and the transportation mode.
    • 6. Liasing with Logistics department on the arrival of goods.
    • 7. Keeping track on each shipment during transit of goods.
    • 8. Monitoring stock movement and allocation for multi functional printer (MFP) related products.
    • 9. Prepare monthly reports related to procurement and shipping.
    • 10. Other duties assigned from time to time.
     
     

    Requirements:

    • 1. Degree in any field or equivalent.
    • 2. Good communication skills.
    • 3. Multi tasking personality.

    • 5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
