    Responsibilities:

    • 1. To provide support to the Sales and Technical Service teams.
    • 2. To handle customer enquiries.
    • 3. To process relevant reports.
    • 4. To manage general administrative duties.
     
     

    Requirements:

    • 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • 2. Must have a good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak Mandarin are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • 1. To report to Head of Department.
    • 2. To perform installation, maintenance and repair works for Copier Machine.

    Responsibilities:

  • Training & Compliance Executive

     

    Responsibilities
      1.   Assist and manage the overall training and development programs.
     
      2.  Coordinate training needs analysis, pre and post evaluation.
     
     3.  Arrange, create, produce and distribute training related material and facilities as required. 
     
     4.  Prepare adequate training material and training reports on a monthly basis.
     
     5.  Conduct orientation program for new staff.
     
     6.  Provide administration support to HOD on compliance and company policies.
     
     7.  Initiate, coordinate and ensure smooth execution of monthly staff celebration event such as Birthday, HRA activities and corporate events.
     
     8.  Act the role of Document Controller for ISO requirements.
     
     9.  Coordination and follow up of implementation of policies.
     
    10. Conduct audit to check for Compliance.
    Requirements
    1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
     
    2. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Project Manager

    Responsibilities
     
     1.      As the IT Business Partner to the all the business divisions and hold a leadership role to provide solutions to support business growth including initializing, consulting, design, analyzing, implementation and technical support products, services and business processes.
     
      2.      Lead, coordinate and provide IT technical support and consulting to business units for project tendering.
     
      3.       Ensure project scope and costs are agreed upon by stakeholder.
     
      4.      Coordinate business requirement gathering, documentation, project plans, development timeline.
     
      5.     Conduct internal and external inquiries or RFI pertaining to the project deliverables to meet business needs.
     
      6.      Resource planning and task assignment to engineers to coordinate project activities with internal and external parties. 
     
      7.    Responsible for coordination and interaction with all IT section teams and all compnay business units.
     
     
       1.   At least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
     
       2.   Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
     
       3.   At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
     
       4.   Required skills: Various System Operating Systems , Database Technologies, Application platform technologies and System architecture design.
